  • We provide evidence-based psychological services for adults including treatment for anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, work-related concerns, relationship difficulties, ADHD support and support during major life transitions.

  • No referral is required to book an appointment. However, if you wish to claim Medicare rebates, you will need a Mental Health Treatment Plan from your GP.

  • Yes. With a valid GP referral and Mental Health Treatment Plan, you may be eligible for Medicare rebates. Rebate amounts vary depending on the session type. Please contact us for current fee and rebate information.

  • A Mental Health Treatment Plan (MHTP) is prepared by your GP and allows you to access Medicare rebates for up to 10 psychology sessions per calendar year. Eligibility is assessed by your GP.

  • Yes. Many private health insurers provide rebates for psychology services. Rebates and eligibility depend on your level of cover. We recommend contacting your insurer directly for details.

  • Yes. We provide psychological treatment for WorkCover (WorkSafe Victoria) clients who have an accepted claim. A valid referral from your GP or treating doctor is required, and sessions must be approved by your WorkCover agent or insurer.

  • Yes. We offer psychological services for clients with an approved Transport Accident Commission (TAC) claim. A referral from your GP or specialist is required, and treatment must be authorised by TAC.

  • A standard appointment is 50 minutes.

  • Your first appointment focuses on understanding your concerns, personal history, and therapy goals. Your psychologist will work with you to develop a tailored treatment plan and discuss next steps.

  • 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellation fees apply.

  • Yes. We offer secure telehealth psychology sessions for clients across Australia. Telehealth sessions are eligible for Medicare rebates with a valid referral.
