Holly Monaghan

I’m a registered psychologist who is passionate about providing a therapy space that is person-centred, non-judgemental, and feels genuinely human.

With a Masters in Community Psychology, I take a whole-person approach — looking beyond symptoms to understand the bigger picture of your life, including relationships, identity, culture, community, and the environments you move through. I’m interested in your whole story, not just what brings you to therapy.

Originally from rural Victoria, I have a deep respect for the importance of community, identity, and belonging. I know that vulnerability isn’t always easy, and I aim to create a welcoming space where you feel understood, supported, and free to explore what matters most to you.

I use evidence-based approaches including CBT, ACT, Schema Therapy, and EMDR, tailoring our work to your needs and goals. My aim is to support you to build a life that feels meaningful and aligned with your values.
