Immediate availability for psychology appointments in Montmorency and Thornbury Victoria, and telehealth across Australia.

Hi, I’m

Holly Monaghan

I’m the Principal Psychologist of Banksia Psychology Services.

I started Banksia Psychology because I’m passionate about providing quality care that is practical, down-to-Earth and centred around creating real change.

I help people with navigating life’s challenges and breaking patterns that no longer serve you.

My approach is non-judgemental, trauma-informed and neuroaffirming.

Evidence-based treatment approaches I use include: EMDR, Schema Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT) & Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

Getting Started

A peach-colored vintage sofa with a black and white patterned throw blanket draped over the backrest, positioned next to a dark wood side table with a small decorative coral sculpture and two books.

Whether you’re seeking a psychologist for the first time, returning to therapy after a break or want to try a different approach, getting started can feel very daunting.

Our aim is to make the process as simple and supportive as possible.
